Extract a table from a web page or pasted HTML
Paste the HTML of a page, or the table you copied from it, and get the rows as CSV: merged cells split out, headers kept, nothing sent anywhere.

Result
Paste the HTML of a page, or the table you copied from it. Every table found is listed here, and the one you pick is previewed before it is written.
How this works
- Copy the table or the page source. Select the table on the page and copy it, or view the source and copy all of it.
- Paste it here. Every table in what you pasted is listed.
- Download the rows. Pick a table and download it as CSV.
What it cannot do
- Nothing is fetched: paste the page or the table, because this site never makes a request on your behalf.
- Layout tables come out as they are laid out — a table used for page design produces columns that mean nothing.
- Text only: images in cells are dropped, and links keep their words, not their addresses.
Questions
- Can it fetch the page for me if I paste the address?
- No, on purpose: this site never fetches anything, which is how the privacy promise stays checkable. Copy the page source, or select the table and copy it, then paste.
- The page has several tables — which one do I get?
- All of them are listed with their first row and their size; pick the one you want, or download each in turn.
- What happens to cells that span rows or columns?
- The value is repeated into every cell it covered, so each row has the same number of columns and a spreadsheet lines them up.
- Will numbers with thousands separators stay as written?
- Yes. Every cell is carried as the text on the page — 1,234 stays 1,234 and 00412 keeps its zeros. Nothing is retyped.
- Does pasting a whole page work, or only the table?
- Either. Paste the whole source and the tables are found for you; paste just a copied table and it is the only one.
- Is anything uploaded?
- No. The conversion runs inside this page: when you extract a table from a web page or pasted HTML here, the browser is told to block outbound connections, so nothing can be sent to another server. Keep the Network tab of your developer tools open while you extract a table from a web page or pasted HTML: every request in it goes to this site, and none carries your file.
Your file is processed in this page and never uploaded — the privacy page shows how to confirm that yourself.
